1. Availability & Booking.
Please contact us to confirm that your required holiday dates are still available by using the booking enquiry form or by telephone or email. Bookings will be provisionally held for 7 days until your deposit is received.
2. Payment
A 20% deposit is required, payable by bank transfer or by debit/credit card, to secure your booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday start date. Full payment is required at the time of booking when your holiday is booked less than 6 weeks before your holiday start date. We recommend that you take out suitable travel & cancellation insurance.
3. Cancellation
We appreciate that sometimes changes of plan may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Should you have to cancel your booking we will always try to re-let the cottage. If you cancel your booking more than six weeks before your intended arrival, we may keep the 20% deposit, but you will have no further liability. If you cancel six weeks or less before your arrival, you will remain liable to pay the balance of the agreed price in full.
4. Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival times are from 3pm on your arrival day. Please contact the owners a few days prior to your arrival to confirm key collection.
Departure times are no later than 10am on the day of departure to allow time for the cottage to be cleaned for the next guest.
5. Pet Policy
For cottages that allow pets the following terms must be adhered to, in consideration of general hygiene and other guests.
- NEVER leave your pet unattended in the holiday cottage.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED on furniture or in bedrooms.
- Pets MUST BE supervised at all times whilst exercising in the garden.
- ALWAYS clean up after your pet has been to the loo! If you see “doggy doo” that has been left by someone else’s pet, please inform the owners at Tremaddock Farm Cottage.
- Please hoover pet hairs up before your departure.
Failure to do so may result in your holiday stay being cancelled. In the unlikely event that this should happen, no refunds will be due.
6. Our Liability
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any belongings or injuries sustained by you or any member of your party.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time and in this event our total liability shall be to refund you all sums which you have already paid.
7. Other Visitors
Although we are happy for you to have friends visit you, please note that the cottage may not be used to accommodate anyone not mentioned on the booking form.
8. Smoking Policy
We operate a no smoking policy.
